What should I do if I cannot log in to my Wansview Cloud account?

Please verify that your registered account (email address/mobile number/Google account/Apple ID) and password are correct.

 

If you forget the password, please reset it as follows:

 

1. On the login screen, tap the "Forgot Password?"

 

2. Follow the instructions and check your email for the verification code (please be sure to check your spam or junk folder).

 

3. Enter the code you received back into the app to set a new password. Then try again to log in.
