Alerts are designed to notify users of potential risks and to optimize server storage usage. Therefore, alert clips are kept short and are only stored for the most recent 7 days. We recommend saving any important content promptly.

If you would like to record longer videos, you may consider using a TF card for local storage or subscribing to a cloud storage plan.
