1. Make sure the SD card works properly by testing the write and read files function on a computer via an SD card reader, then insert the SD card in the camera.
2. Please power off the device before inserting the SD card.
3. The device only supports FAT32 format, 128GB Max; please format the SD card into FAT32 format on your computer via a card reader.
